CEM888 keeps an AI agent's current state, action permissions and completion evidence outside the model, on infrastructure you control. State decides what is true. Models decide what to do about it.
Commercial license. The runtime is AGPL-3.0. A negotiated commercial license covers keeping a CEM888-based product proprietary: embedding it in something you sell, white-labeling, redistribution, or running it as a closed hosted service. Running it internally on your own infrastructure needs no commercial license.
Integration engineering. CEM888 attaches at lifecycle seams of the agent you already have: turn start, before consequential actions, after execution, turn finish. You keep your UI, planner, models, tools and observability.
Private deployment. Agents run on your machines or your infrastructure with your own model keys. There is no shared CEM888 execution service holding your state.
Support. Scoped per engagement, in writing, alongside the license.
How an engagement starts
Technical call. Your agent, your hosts, the failure you care about (stale state, retries, scope creep, "done" that didn't happen).
Scoped pilot on one workflow. We agree the falsifiers up front: what must be true after the pilot, and the test that proves it on your build.
License and support terms. Priced per deal once both sides know what the integration actually provides.
Proof you can check yourself
Open source runtime with a public conformance suite that runs on every push.
Independent runtime evaluation: 9 of 9 passed — durable state across fresh sessions, kill-and-recover, model swap, verified execution, authority boundary, unknown-state handling, provenance, contradiction and freshness, failure recovery.
BEAM-10M 77.2% on long-context memory, live agent, no answer-key access, with per-question data and method.
Architecture note: how state, authority and receipts work, file by file.
Built for how you already run
Model-agnostic. Swap providers without losing state, permissions or history.
Enforcement at real boundaries. Each integration is mapped to the actions CEM888 can gate before they execute, so you know exactly what is controlled. See the enforcement matrix.
Compliance scoped to you. Security review, data handling and sector requirements are worked through per deployment, on your infrastructure.
