CEM888 Early-Access / Beta Agreement

This Early-Access Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the CEM888 early-access / beta program (the "Program"), operated by CEM Unlimited LLC ("CEM888," "we," "us," or "our"). By accepting an invite, claiming a beta seat, or using beta/preview features, you agree to this Agreement, the [Terms of Service], the [Privacy Policy], and the [End User License Agreement].

1. Beta Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the beta Service solely to evaluate it and provide feedback. Beta access does not create a right to continued access, production use, or any future version.

2. Program Is Experimental

You acknowledge that the beta Service is experimental, incomplete, and provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind — express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Features may contain defects, change, or disappear without notice. Agent behavior may be unexpected. Your use is entirely at your own risk.

3. Assumption of Risk — OS-Level Actions

Beta agents may include OS-control and automation features that act on files, applications, accounts, and network resources as you direct. You understand and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for everything you direct the agent to do;
• Agent actions may cause data loss, file modification or deletion, system

changes, account actions, API usage, or financial transactions;

• You assume full responsibility and all risk for those consequences,

and you release CEM Unlimited LLC from claims arising from your direction of the agent or from beta defects, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Confidentiality of the Program

The beta Service, its features, architecture, memory/state systems, integration methods, documentation, and your observations of them (collectively, "Program Information") are confidential to CEM Unlimited LLC. You agree to:

• Use Program Information only to evaluate the Program;
• Not disclose, publish, screenshot, stream, or share Program

Information, the beta software, or its output internals with any third party without our prior written consent — except that you may discuss ordinary user-facing experiences that do not reveal internal design, prompts, or architecture.

This obligation survives termination of this Agreement. Nothing herein restricts you from disclosing information that is publicly available through no fault of yours, or that you are required to disclose by law (with prompt notice to us where practicable).

5. Feedback License

If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or evaluation results ("Feedback"), you grant CEM Unlimited LLC an unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate Feedback into the Service without obligation to you, and you assign any rights you hold in it to us. Feedback you provide is not confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. No Fees Unless Stated

The Program is provided free of charge unless a fee is disclosed at signup. We may end the Program, your participation, or any feature at any time with or without notice. If a fee applies, paid terms control and refunds will be as stated at purchase.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the arbitration, class-action waiver, and venue provisions of the Terms of Service (binding individual arbitration; Marion County, Florida).

9. Termination

You may leave the Program at any time by deleting the beta software and ceasing use. We may terminate your participation at any time. On termination: your license ends, you must delete all copies of the beta software, and sections 3–9 survive.
