CEM Unlimited LLC ("CEM888.AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the CEM888.AI platform, including the website, dashboards, AI agent services, messaging gateway, and related software (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. By using the Service you consent to the practices described here.
Account Information. When you register or purchase, we collect your email address, chosen display/agent name, and payment information (processed through our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers).
Usage Data. We collect basic usage statistics — feature usage, session duration, error logs — to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Conversation and Agent Data. Messages you send to and receive from your agents, and the agent's memory/state, are processed to provide the Service. Depending on your configuration, this data is stored locally on your device, on your chosen infrastructure, and/or transmitted through our gateway servers. Customer memory, state, and conversations are customer data: they are not used to train third-party models and are not sold.
Local Data. In local-only configurations, your data remains entirely on your machine and is never transmitted to our servers.
Payment Data. Processed by our payment processor under its own privacy and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your conversations or customer data to train third-party models.
Our agents may process your requests through third-party AI model providers (such as DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or others) to generate responses. Where we route to such providers, they process data solely to fulfill your requests, subject to their own policies; you may configure which providers your agents use at any time, including bring-your-own-key (BYOK) configurations in which requests go directly to the provider under your account. When you connect third-party platforms (Telegram, Discord, Slack, etc.) or external APIs at your direction, those services have their own privacy policies and data practices for which we are not responsible.
When you use the OS-control features of our agents, the agent may access files, applications, and system resources on your device as you direct. This access is limited to the scope of your explicit instructions, and you are responsible for what you direct the agent to do.
We implement industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable. Conversation history and account data are stored on secure servers or on customer-controlled infrastructure depending on configuration. Local-only configurations store data exclusively on your device. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account and usage data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time; upon verified request we will delete or anonymize personal data we control, subject to legal retention obligations. Customer memory/state on customer-controlled infrastructure is controlled and deletable by the customer.

California (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, and request deletion, by contacting privacy@cem888.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
GDPR (EEA/UK). If you are in the EEA or UK: our legal bases include performance of contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security and improvement), consent (where requested), and legal obligation. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection as applicable, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
We use essential cookies/local storage for authentication and session management and to remember your dashboard preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Where legally required, we will obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@cem888.ai and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version at cem888.ai with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted or notified by email where practicable. Continued use after the revision date constitutes acceptance.
